Every Installation Specialist passes a comprehensive pre-screening process and must meet the following qualification criteria:
- Licensed – we verify that every contractor or installation company carries appropriate licensing for the services they offer.
- Insured – we ensure every contractor or installation company carries and maintains the appropriate liability insurance.
- Legitimate – we validate the identity of the company’s owner(s).
- Solid Background – we perform background checks for criminal activity associated with the owner of the business.
- Financially Fit – we examine the financial history of the business and/or its owner(s).
- Reputable – we check each company’s reliability, service issues, complaints and ratings listed with the Better Business Bureau and other sources to confirm the company has trustworthy business practices.
- Dependable – we ensure the installation company stands behind their work with a 1-Year Limited Installation Warranty.
- Upholds Industry Standards – we continually monitor our installation company's to verify their ongoing compliance with our licensing and insurance requirements.
